  I asked for decaf. I have a severe caffeine sensitivity so every time I go to a Dunkin's I ask specifically for decaf. No caffeine. It screws up my whole body and agitates already-existing conditions outside said sensitivity. Came here today, asked for a decaf as I always do, drank it, and thought I was okay. A couple hours later I'm having a real hard time typing this because my whole body is shaking, can't use speech to text because my jaw is sore and I'm feeling the nausea... both from my caffeine sensitivity that acted up because I was DEFINITELY not given a decaf. If someone asks for something like that, they trust you to make it that way, so PLEASE don't give them something different, because there's usually a reason behind it.

  When I ordered my coffee (regular iced) they definitely did not give me the proper amount of sugar.

  I didn't catch her name, but I just had the most lovely person assist me. I have never met such a friendly and personable Dunkin's employee. Even took the time to show me how to get free donuts. There was no tip cup so I figured a good review was the next best thing.
