- 1 / 5By Dave MaloThe employee working on Super Bowl Sunday was apparently left alone without any other help so he says, he just finished making two drinks and I asked for a Venti Java chip and he proceeded to say that his Mocho was bad and he was not going to have enough time to make any more even if I waited to 10 minutes because of some reason of him being alone he kept giving me that excuse, worst customer service ever!
